  • To confirm the details of academic achievements, and for statistical and historical purposes, a core record of <\/span><\/span>each learner\u2019s performance is retained indefinitely<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • To resp<\/span>ond to requests for information made under data protection legislation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recruitment, selection, and employment matters<\/span> (staff, expert panellists, examiners, and authenticators)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • To apply for QQI certification<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • To comply with requirements of corporate clients and public bodies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


    Data subjects are informed in advance of all possible and specific uses of information, so that the subject is<\/span>
    aware of the limited, and necessary cases where their data will be shared, s<\/span>uch as with QQI for certification<\/span>
    purposes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    Without this information,<\/span> People and Process Ltd<\/span> would not be able to provide its services.<\/span> People and Process<\/span>
    Ltd<\/span> only obtains & processes information required for these purposes.<\/span> People and Process Ltd<\/span> shares<\/span>
    information internally and with Tutors for operational reasons only as is necessary & proportionate for the<\/span>

        • Health information (to support applications for reasonable accommodations or assessment extension <\/span><\/span>or deferral requests)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Assessment scripts and results<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Recordings of tutor & learner forums<\/span> ( Information on Learner\/Tuto<\/span>r forums are deleted on <\/span><\/span>completion of programme)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • We may also collect feedback, comments and questions received from you during our training and <\/span><\/span>activities. This can include emails, phone calls,<\/span> documents<\/span>,<\/span> and<\/span> meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

          For Clients and suppliers, we collect<\/span> your company\u2019s name and contact information.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          If you upload photos or videos, add posts or comments, etc. on our social media sites, the information can be<\/span>
          read by anyone with access to these sites and used for purpos<\/span>es over which<\/span> People and Process Ltd<\/span> have no<\/span>
          control. Therefore,<\/span> People and Process Ltd<\/span> is not responsible for any information you submit to our social <\/span>media sites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


          4.<\/span> Personal Data and QQI Certification<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


          This section applies only to those intending to achi<\/span>eve QQI certification through our courses.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          People and Process Ltd<\/span> collects, stores and processes special categories of personal data, such as Public<\/span>
          Personal Social Numbers (PPSN) and sensitive personal data in the form of dates of birth, gender and home<\/span>
          a<\/span>ddresses. This information is required to be collected by us for any persons being submitted by us for<\/span>
          certification to Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). QQI is an authorised data collector by the Department<\/span>
          of Social Protection and Family Affairs<\/span> and QQI has delegated these powers to us as a QQI quality<\/span>–<\/span>assured<\/span>
          training provider. We only submit this information to QQI on your behalf and all data is securely deleted by us<\/span>
          once submitted. Internal access to this data is restricted to only those indiv<\/span>iduals involved in collecting, storing<\/span>
          and submitting the information to QQI.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


          5.<\/span> Individual Rights<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
