ArcRoyal is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of customised procedure trays across a wide range of surgical procedures. Our products are optimised to allow the operating room staff to focus on their most important priority…the patient.

In ArcRoyal we work with People and Process for Project Management training. The blended approach of on line training supported by workshops really fitted in with our business needs, The resources were very good, and our assigned tutor was helpful and available for any questions to support the learners.
I would have no hesitation in recommending People and Process for Project Management training.

Panasonic Avionics

https://www.panasonic.aero

Panasonic supplies and services in-flight entertainment and communications systems for more than 300 airlines located across the globe.

In 2019, Panasonic Avionics set up a repair facility in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland as a strategic part of its global network, providing repair services of IFEC equipment to customers in Europe.

As a new facility in the Panasonic Avionics Network, we had to set up our processes from scratch. Being based in California, it was difficult with time zones and distances to have the Lean/Six Sigma training in-house.
Brian from People & Process facilitated by Aoife from AMTCE, solved this problem for us by providing training locally which we were able to partake in.
It was a more enriching experience for us having students from other companies and operations on the training as we could see the problems faced by the different industries. We could see how the lean/six sigma tools could be used in different scenarios and potential solutions provided.
Everyone from Panasonic Avionics who had the training, Green Belt or Yellow Belt had a positive learning outcome as either a complete novice to being aware to be a practitioner in the applications of Lean/Six Sigma.”

Regional Skills North East

The Regional Skills North East is part of a national programme funded by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to assess and develop skills for employees within businesses.

During my time as Area training Manager with Louth and Meath Education and training Board (LMETB), I had the pleasure of dealing with People & Process as a training service provider.
In both design and delivery of management and technical training to our staff and learners, I found People & Process provided exceptional service with meticulous attention to detail, backed up by robust quality assurance.
Their innovation in bringing forward new training programmes and new methods of delivery using eLearning technologies was of great benefit.
I would highly recommend their services”

Mount Sackville Nursing Home

Mount Sackville Nursing Home, a care facility situated in Chapelizod, Dublin. For over 200 years The Sisters of St Joseph of Cluny have been providing education and care of the sick for people of all religions and none world wide. 150 years ago the Sisters opened Mount Sackville School and shortly afterwards they established ‘the infirmary’ to care for the sick and elderly sisters of the Order. In the year 2000 this facility was refurbished and registered it as a Nursing Home with the HSE

“All Staff in Mount Sackville have enjoyed People and Process online and onsite Infection Control Course. It was thorough and covered it all from the Basics to the most valuable knowledge a nursing Home demands. Online Support was also a great help. Many thanks to all!”
