Overview of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
Understanding waste (The 8 Wastes of Lean).
Lean Principles
Key concepts: Value, Value Stream, Flow, Pull, and Perfection.
Identifying and reducing non-value-added activities.
Six Sigma Basics
Introduction to variation and process capability.
Understanding the role of data in decision-making.
Problem-Solving Tools
Introduction to tools like SIPOC, Pareto Analysis, and Fishbone Diagrams.
Using simple metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Roles in Lean Six Sigma
Overview of White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt roles.
