In this ‘Business Management’ course we will learn the essentials of the business process, all the way from the principles of management, to using management tools and techniques, and designing a workflow.
This course will provide you with the knowledge, and skills that are necessary to work in a range of business contexts. You will be able to work independently in a business environment, and manage the work of others. In addition, you will also receive a good foundation for progressing to further study.
On completion of this training course you will be able to:

And design a business model for your organisation.
Who is this course for?
This Business Management course is for those who want to learn the basics of business and who may have little or no previous experience in the area, this course provides a perfect introduction. You’ll then be able to build on your knowledge of and experience in business. You will learn how business works as well as practical tips that you can put to use in real business situations. This course is also great for people who already work in business, as you’ll look at theories and strategies to really refine your skills.
This course will be delivered using a blend of face to face tutor led workshops and online eLearning.
The course will consist of 5 tutor led workshops where exercises in the elements of business management will be practiced and business management systems demonstrated.
This Business Management Course consists of 6 modules, containing 30 lessons, each approximately 8 minutes in duration. At the end of each video lesson there is a quiz that will test your knowledge of the material. A transcript is available for each lesson so you can real along with the video or download and print to study later..

On successful completion of the course assessments, learners will receive a QQI Level 6 Certificate in business Management (award code 6N4310)
The learner must complete a project worth 60% of the overall course mark and assignments worth 40% of the overall course mark. The details of the assessment briefs will be provided by the tutor.
