Susanne Carpenter is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and Chartered Quality Professional, and holds a degree in Electronic Engineering.

Susanne has extensive experience in Operations Management, and has worked in manufacturing and operations for more than 15 years.

Susanne is also an experienced business assessor and trainer, working on behalf of national and international accreditation agencies.
