It gives the participant the skills to take responsibility for the planning, implementation and review of a project, working independently or supervising the work of others.

Who is this course for?
This course will be delivered using a blend of face to face tutor led workshops and online eLearning.
The course will consist of 5 tutor led workshops where exercises in the phases of Project Management will be practiced and tools demonstrated.

The Assessment Method
The learner must complete a portfolio of work worth 70% of the overall course mark and an assignment worth 30% of the overall course mark. The details of the assessment briefs will be provided by the tutor.
